Static line tensionmeter
Static line tensionmeters doesn’t look like much, but they are most helpfull when lifting heavy goods.
We’ve installed these tensionmeters on the wires of an overhead crane in combination with Datek remote control units. This setup automatically stops the crane right at chosen limit – before overloading. This will extend the lifetime of the crane and make operations much safer at the power plant.
If you are are dependent on precise load monitoring, you could also create a setup with real time load monitoring on external displays.

It’s fully customizable and completely based on your specific needs. A simple overload alarm, several pre-configured alarm points or intelligent combinations with your radio control system? You decide!
Static lines are available for steel ropes ranging from 8-38mm in diameter and can be ATEX-certified on request.
