The purpose of the company’s quality policy is to ensure continuous customer satisfaction, high and consistent product quality, and ongoing improvement of the company’s quality management system.
Nordtech-Vetec A/S commits to:

- Develop and improve products through systematic market monitoring, technological development and continuous customer dialogue
- Use a structured development forum as the basis for product development, risk assessment and improvement of existing solutions
- Ensure that products marketed under our own name, as well as represented brands, meet defined quality requirements
- Apply a process-oriented approach to the prevention of errors, reduction of nonconformities and efficient handling of complaints
- Support continuous improvement of processes, products and competencies within the organization
The quality policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives and forms an integral part of the company’s strategic direction.
